The Mentorship Includes:

For 2 Months: x4 90 minute sessions
​
Sessions are x2 per month for integration and to give you more space and a slower pace.
​In-between session support via text / voice-notes with Talete so you have a space throughout the journey to share, ask questions, learn and practice new skills and be supported. This is a golden resource to have when embarking on creating meaningful and sustained change - you are not alone.

Extra:
-30 minute remote Reiki session once a week.
-Free access to all online group sessions hosted by Talete during the time of your Mentorship.
