BREATHWORK + REIKI EXPERIENCE

I am delighted to invite you to an easy and beautiful free 60 minutes session. We will start by journeying together through simple breathing techniques that will clear and boost your energy. Following the breathwork you will be guided through a Reiki experience.

If you are completely new to Reiki or you don't know what a Reiki experience is, don't worry, all you need to do is lay down comfortably and be open to receiving Reiki energy as I am guiding you through the process.

There are no prerequisites in order to join so feel free to invite as many friends and family members as you wish!
